Your privacy is fundamental to how we build FillWizard.

1. Information We Collect
We collect: email address (for authentication), PDF files you upload (processed then deleted per your retention policy), identity profile data you enter (encrypted at rest), and basic usage analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide the FillWizard service: processing PDFs, autofilling forms, and storing your identity profiles. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. Data Security
All sensitive profile fields are encrypted at rest using AES-256. PDF files are stored in encrypted object storage with signed URLs for access. All connections use TLS 1.3.
4. Information Sharing
We share data with: OCR providers (Google Document AI) for form processing — only the rendered page images, not your profile data. We do not share data with any other third parties.
5. Data Retention
Original PDFs: deleted after your configured retention period (default 30 days). Export PDFs: available for 7 days. Profile data: retained until you delete your account. You can delete all data at any time.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, delete your account and all data, and export your profile data. Contact us at privacy@fillwizard.com.
