1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FillWizard ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FillWizard provides AI-powered PDF form autofill capabilities, including field detection, OCR, label translation, and identity profile management. The Service supports English, Arabic, and French.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the PDFs and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant FillWizard a limited license to process such content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Data Retention

Original PDFs are retained for a configurable period (default: 30 days). Filled export PDFs are available for download for 7 days. You may delete your data at any time from Settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

FillWizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice for material changes.
