Which languages does the AI handle?

Arabic, French, Spanish, German, and English. Arabic ships with right-to-left layout, dual-script names, and Hijri-aware date fields. The AI reads forms in any of the five and answers in the same language.

How accurate is the AI?

The AI only answers a field when the PDF gives confident context. If the form is ambiguous, it leaves the field blank rather than guessing. You always review every value before export, so a low-confidence read becomes your call, not a hidden assumption.

What happens to my PDFs after upload?

Processing happens on Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash API. Your PDFs aren't used to train models. The file is deleted right after the read. We don't keep a copy beyond what you store in your own FillWizard account.

What file types and sizes work?

PDFs only, up to 10 MB per file. Both AcroForm (fillable) PDFs and scanned/flat PDFs work. Scanned PDFs go through OCR first, then to the AI.

Can I override what the AI fills in?
