Fill any Arabic PDF, properly

One profile stores your name in Arabic and in Latin transliteration. Hijri dates convert when the form expects them. The review pane is RTL by default.

A niche landing page for Arabic-speaking applicants and MENA paralegals filling repeated Arabic, bilingual, and scanned consular or government PDFs.

Built for teams handling repetitive, high-stakes document workflows

Fill any Arabic, bilingual, or scanned PDF from one profile that stores both Arabic script and Latin transliteration. Built RTL-first with Hijri date conversion and Maghreb/Gulf form support.

Where teams lose time

  • Transliterated name mismatches between forms (Mohammed vs Muhammad vs Mohamad)
  • Hijri and Gregorian date confusion on Gulf government forms
  • Bilingual forms (Arabic + French, Arabic + English) requiring the same data twice
  • Scanned Arabic embassy forms that other tools cannot process

    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions

Does FillWizard match my name across script variants?

Yes. Save your name once in Arabic script and once in the official Latin transliteration. FillWizard fills each form with whichever version it asks for, so Mohammed on the passport and Muhammad on the visa form both pull from the same profile entry.

Can it convert Hijri dates automatically?

Yes. Forms from Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman that expect Hijri dates get converted from your Gregorian profile data on export. You can also store the Hijri version directly if that is easier.

What about Maghreb forms with Arabic and French side by side?

Bilingual layouts work the same as monolingual ones. FillWizard recognizes both columns, maps them to your single profile, and fills both at once. Same for Gulf forms in Arabic and English.

Can it read scanned Arabic embassy forms?

Yes. OCR runs first on the scan, recognizes Arabic labels, translates them to match your profile schema, then fills the fields. You review the low-confidence ones and export.
