License

Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, FillWizard grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the FillWizard web application for your internal business or personal purposes during your active subscription.

FillWizard is a hosted service. This license does not grant you access to the source code, binaries, or any right to reproduce, distribute, or self-host the application.

You may not: resell, sublicense, or rent the service; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract its source code; use the service to build a competing product; remove or alter any proprietary notices; circumvent usage limits.

FillWizard and all related intellectual property — including software, models, designs, branding, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of FillWizard Inc. and its licensors.

You retain all rights to PDFs and identity data you upload. You grant FillWizard only the limited rights needed to operate the service for you, as described in the Terms of Service.

"FillWizard" and the FillWizard logo are trademarks of FillWizard Inc. You may not use them without prior written permission, except for factual references to the service.

This license terminates automatically when your subscription ends or when these terms are breached. On termination you must stop using the service; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, restrictions, liability) will survive.
