Política de reembolso

Cómo funcionan los reembolsos para suscripciones FillWizard Pro y Equipos.

1. Scope

This policy applies to FillWizard Pro and Teams subscriptions purchased through our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc. ("Polar"). The Free plan has no associated charges and is not covered by this policy.

2. Refund Window

You may request a full refund of any subscription charge within 14 calendar days of the charge date, no questions asked. Refunds requested after 14 days may be granted at our discretion if the service was materially unavailable or did not perform as described.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email refunds@fillwizard.com from the address on your account, including your order ID and the reason for the refund. We will confirm receipt within one business day and process eligible refunds within seven business days.

You may also request a refund directly through the Polar customer portal linked from your receipt.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued by Polar to the original payment method. Currency conversion fees, if any, are determined by your card issuer and are outside our control.

5. Tax and VAT

Tax and VAT collected on the original charge are refunded together with the principal amount. Polar handles the tax remittance reversal in the relevant jurisdiction.

6. Annual Plans

Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After the 14-day window, annual plans are non-refundable but you retain access until the end of the term.

7. Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show a pattern of abuse — for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding within the same workspace.
